Paste Subtitle Text (.vtt, .srt, or Timestamped Transcript)
Tip: On YouTube, open the video description → click Show transcript → copy the timestamped lines and paste them below.
Load Direct Subtitle File URL (.vtt / .srt)
Enter a local path (e.g. /sample/youtube-practice.srt) or a direct https:// URL to a .vtt or .srt file that permits cross-origin (CORS) access.
Note on YouTube Captions: The official YouTube IFrame Player API does not expose video caption tracks, and third-party websites block cross-origin requests unless CORS headers are enabled. For any YouTube video, either import/drop a local .vtt/.srt file or paste the timestamped transcript on the left.
